Knowledge of the EYFS It is essential that you have excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills You must have the ability to develop effective relationships with children and families You must have a flexible, open and honest approach with the ability to work positively within our team What will your role look like? Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning that enables children to progress and prepares them for school Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children Talking to parents about their child’s day, their learning and development What can you expect in return?
