Employee Benefits Associate Consultant

The key purpose of this role will be to provide desk based consultancy services to an existing portfolio of SME clients, support new client opportunities and provide support services to a growing portfolio of clients.
You will be responsible for the account management and retention of your own Group Risk and Healthcare SME client, consulting and processing scheme renewals and rate reviews in line with internal processes, build rapport with clients and providers through a thorough knowledge of their schemes and regular contact by telephone and meetings.
You will also be providing proactive support for ongoing client services and project-based wok, preparing recommendation reports for scheme renewals and provide support to advisers and the client facing team with meeting and report preparation, obtaining quotes, administering new business including compliance requirements.
This role can be based from Birmingham, Leicester, London or Croydon
You should have excellent questioning and listening skills and the ability to communicate at all levels in a clear, concise, and professional manner. You will need to be extremely organised and have strong administrative skills.
To be successful for this role you need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Employee Benefits industry.
It would be desirable if you have a qualification in Group Risk (GR1) or Healthcare (IF7)
