Employer Engagement Lead Take the lead role in building and expanding our employer partnerships at a small nonprofit with big aspirations to transform people s lives through software developer training. About you You have experience of employer engagement or recruitment. You have exceptional sales skills with the ability to navigate every step of the journey from lead identification to delivering compelling sales pitches and to successfully securing commitments from prospective employers. You pride yourself on being highly organised and proactive. You may already possess a pre-established network of employers that you are happy to utilise. About the role As part of your role, you will take on the responsibility of actively staying abreast of evolving hiring manager needs within the rapidly changing tech industry. By doing so, you will play a vital role in generating a steady stream of apprentice opportunities for our candidates while simultaneously strengthening and expanding our existing employer community. We are currently working on a lead generation strategy so this role is less about generating new leads and more about ensuring that the new leads are turned into partnerships. We currently have around 40 apprentices on our books and a staff team of seven.
