The role will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of engagement activities for the People and Culture team, managing operational communications across Finance, and creating compelling content, consistent with global best practice and our house style.
Major Challenges (The challenges inherent in the role that require a continual test of the role holder’s abilities)
The main challenge of the role holder is to effectively support the delivery of the Finance People and Culture agenda. This requires engagement with stakeholders across Global Finance, and managing numerous engagement plans and activities as part of the wider communication and engagement strategy.
The role holder will also support the Director of Internal Communications with leadership communications and the creation of engaging employee focused content and events.
This role requires a strong partnership with the People and Culture Team, Finance leadership and key stakeholders in other Global Functions such as Communications, Marketing and HR.
The role holder needs to have confidence in their skills and demonstrate credibility to work with senior leaders on day to day issues management, creating proposals and advocating alternative actions as/where required.
This role is responsible for implementing the Global Finance People and Communications strategy, creating content across a variety of channels and formats, and using best practice techniques to increase employee engagement though effective communications.
