As Executive Chef Manager you will have full operational and financial responsibility for this prestigious education contract. Within this role, you will be overseeing a kitchen, striving to provide high quality food, using the freshest ingredients, and providing outstanding customer service.
Lead, develop, coach, train, and inspire your team
Have full control of stock, food, and labour costs
Ensure consistency of standards across all service outlets
Drive sales and maximise profits
Manage and improve all controllable costs
Oversee the main kitchen and menu development using fresh locally sourced ingredients
Deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain company systems & procedures, and legislation
Carry out regular audits
We need someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service to our schools along with the following skills and experience:
OND or HND qualified would be advantageous
Craft based experience using fresh ingredients
Knowledge of health and safety and food safety
Financial understanding of gross profit management and achieving sales targets
