A leading investment bank are looking for a hire an Equities Application Support Engineer.

You would be responsible for;
. Provide 1st & 2nd Line support to the Equities production environment and respond to technical and business issues raised
. This role would have a rota between 06:30 and 19:00 on-site and overnight via a callout.
. Technical fault analysis and coordination of issues through to resolution, ensuring maximum system up-time is achieved.

They are looking for someone with good;
. A good understanding of Equities from Front to Back Office
. Experience of working within a Trading Floor environment
. Proven working knowledge of some/all of the following Equity systems
. Fidessa
. Order & Execution Management Systems
. Bloomberg (Application, Excel Add-In, EMSX)
. Transaction Cost Analysis monitoring and tools
. FIX connectivity
. Basic understanding of SQL and Linux
. Advanced/Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
. Fidessa/Trade Support
