My client is a leading Environmental consultancy based in Manchester who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their highly successful team. My client has an excellent reputation within the market and are offering the chosen Finance Administrator the opportunity to progress within the consultancy.
My client are looking for a Finance Administrator who will be able to deliver administrative support, reporting and management information. The chosen Finance Administrator will report directly to the Finance manager and will play an important part in the company’s growth.
Key Duties of a Finance Administrator includes:
Preparing accurate monthly management accounts
Managing the accounts’ payable function and processing’s of payments
Balance Sheet reconciliation
Costing Reconciliation
Managing effective credit control, supplier payments and allocation of cash
Preparing and supporting VAT returns and HMRC compliance
Experience Required:
Previous experience as a Finance Administrator
Experienced accountant either part qualified or QBE
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
IT Literate
Familiar with business accounting platforms
