Finance Business Partner Northwich £300 – £400pd 3 – 6 month contractMarks Sattin are delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their team.Responsibilities

• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with the operations, logistics, and procurement teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. Be a strategic advisor, partnering with key stakeholders to drive business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Ownership of Accounts: Take charge of the weekly and monthly accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Perform in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
• Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts to support budgeting and planning initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights, providing meaningful analysis and recommendations to drive financial performance.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor key financial metrics, analyse performance against targets, and provide insights on areas of improvement. Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Financial Insights: Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key findings and offering actionable recommendations. Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.

About you

• An ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified accountant.
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner within the manufacturing industry.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
