Your new companyYou will be working for a beauty brand that has grown exponentially since its inception six years ago. The company started in the UK and now has a global presence. There is a fantastic working culture in the London office, with a dynamic, forward-thinking approach. The structure is flat, meaning that you add value quickly through your own decision making. Your new roleYou will report to the Finance Director, with key responsibilities including:

• Business partnering with the Sales, Marketing & Operations teams
• Preparation of the budget, forecasting and pricing analysis
• Continual improvement of processes and controls
• Reporting of financial performance, trends and anomalies

What you’ll need to succeedYou will be a newly qualified ACCA/CIMA with management accounting experience in industry. Any experience of the following would be advantageous: business partnering, stock and NetSuite.
