Finance Business Partner – Customer Insight and Integrated Services
Base location: Flexible
As a global FTSE 250 company with over 500 contracts across 20 countries we rely on the support of our Finance Services Team to keep the business running smoothly and efficiently. As the Finance Business Partner for Customer Insights and Integrated Services, you will support the Senior Finance Business Partner by providing dedicated, commercial and financial decision support. Your goal in this role will be to participate in the future CIIS strategy including growth from a financial and commercial perspective. Support with the financial strategy for changes in operational delivery and develop financial and commercial strategies for new contracts and bring new market insight and analysis.

What you’ll need to do the role
Firstly, you’ll need to be a qualified accountant with a track record of collaborating with business leaders in a complex business environment. You’ll need to evidence the ability to influence, negotiate, listen to and resolve conflicts with KEY decision makers. Highlight problems, offer innovative and practical solutions, and drive through their execution. Strong commercial acumen, as well as a strong understanding of the relationships between key financial and non-financial business value drivers. Lastly, you’ll need the ability to interpret and deal with incomplete data; and the capability to exercise judgement where there is ambiguity.
