ReAssure, part of Phoenix Group are looking to recruit a Finance Governance Partner to join our team within the Finance function. The position will be based in Telford on a fixed term contract basis. This vacancy represents an opportunity to join one of Telford’s largest employers, within an ever-changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the 1st line of defence in the company’s governance model for Finance and financial reporting. You will be responsible for embedding the company’s risk management framework in Finance, working closely with key stakeholders in operational risk, group governance and internal audit, and promoting good control-related behaviours.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Successful candidates would get excellent exposure to the rest of Finance and would provide a good opportunity to build relationships outside of Finance. You will also need:
Suitable for a qualified accountant with 1-2 PQE or a non-qualified accountant with significant experience in Finance, risk management or working in a regulatory environment.
