Wade Macdonald is currently seeking an ambitious and dynamic finance professional for a Finance Manager position in Bracknell. This exciting opportunity is with a rapidly growing company backed by Private Equity, aiming to triple its size through organic growth and acquisitions.

This is a broad finance role providing significant development opportunities in a fast paced ‘hands on’ team. Reporting into the Divisional Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include the production and management of accounts for one of the businesses entities, including month and year end close; monthly Board reporting for the wider Group; overseeing the company’s accounting processes; and supporting the annual audit process. Across all these areas there are significant opportunities to develop, improve and add value to the business and the candidate must have a passion to drive change and make a difference.

To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications and skills: a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA OR CIMA) with a continuous improvement mindset, strong communication skills to engage with colleagues across all levels, advanced proficiency in Excel and data manipulation, and experience with finance systems.

Salary £50,000 – £60,000 Plus Benefits – Hybrid working.
