Leading a team of four skilled professionals, you will oversee all financial operations and contribute to the achievement of key business objectives. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to make a significant impact within a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of four finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Oversee the production of accurate and timely management accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. Perform detailed financial analysis, including KPI analysis, absorption rates, and variance analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor financial forecasts, budgets, and cost control measures. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function. Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management, contributing to key decision-making processes.Qualifications and Skills: ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified Proven experience in a finance management role within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of management accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
