We are on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join our Finance Team and scale professionally with us. Critical thinking, positive and proactive approach are just the right fit to succeed in the role.
What will you be doing?
Accounting of revenue and expense transactions in Xero;
Preparing quarterly and yearly financial reports: P&L, CF, BS;
Cooperation with business departments, including invoice preparation and issuing; reconciliations, budget checks, etc.;
Management of all VAT-related processes (accounting and submission to tax authority);
Filing statutory returns and reports (quarterly, annually);
Conducting payments via Internet banking;
Close cooperation with the finance team, HR, and legal team to organize processes;
Control in preparing, reconciling, consolidating, aggregating, and analyzing financial data on a monthly basis among the company’s projects;
Support of annual company audit;
Ad hoc reports and tasks;
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
To succeed in the role, you will have:
Part or Fully qualified accountant;
University degree in a relevant field is desirable;
Understanding of accounting transactions and construction of main financial reports: P&L, CF, BS;
Knowledge of UK GAAP and the Isle of Man tax laws and regulations;
Sound knowledge in financial software (e.g. MS Office Excel, Google Sheets, Xero, or similar accounting software);
Excellent analytical and communication skills;
Ability to independently carry out work processes and solve issues, being disciplined as a remote or hybrid work mode;
Attention to detail, critical and structured thinking, result-oriented, team player.
