We have an opportunity for a strong candidate to join our Finance project team within a supportive and development focused environment, to drive forward key strategic projects from a Finance perspective for the Retail Division.

The PRI Team supports Retail Product Finance Teams and operates a dynamic resourcing structure that will give you exposure to all Business Units, providing an excellent opportunity to increase your breadth of knowledge across the businesses.

Customer needs are one of the team s top priorities. The team’s key customers are:

Retail Finance Director

Divisional Finance

Product Business Partners

Analysis and Insight teams

So – what will you be doing

• Finance change, Process Improvement & Change Management

• Supporting the delivery of multiple, strategic projects across Consumer Relationships, which include the integration of new products into the Retail Product Reporting structure, Finance transformation, and working with key functions within Finance. All projects will be delivered working collaboratively with teams across Finance and the relevant business areas.

• Providing insightful, high quality Finance project support, executing detailed knowledge and control, operating as a project specialist supporting Retail Finance including products such as Savings, Current account and Mortgages

• Build a wide network of contacts across Finance to better understand the customer transaction journey through to ledger to enable swift resolution to ledger investigations and aid collaboration

• Operate flexibly across PRI to deliver prioritised activity in a timely manner

• Respond to individual and team objectives and invest in improving personal performance by growing own skills and capabilities and coaching others

You’ll need to

Be curious – don’t accept the status quo. Challenge the way we currently do things and look for ways we can improve them.

Be able to work collaboratively and enjoy working with stakeholders from different areas.

Some experience or knowledge of core finance systems such as TM1, SAP and Fusion

Ideally, you will be a part or qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
