What the successful Games animator will do daily: Utilize our in-house animation and game engine, along with external tools like After Effects and Spine, to create visually stunning and high-quality animations. Collaborate with product owners, artists, and developers from different teams to fully grasp the animation requirements and seamlessly integrate animations into our products. Work closely with game artists to ensure their artwork is animation-ready and optimized. Generate animation concepts and storyboards to effectively convey key messages and create compelling narratives. Optimize animations for optimal performance and compatibility across various devices and platforms. Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and techniques to continually enhance the quality and impact of animations. Take full ownership of projects, effectively manage priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality. Contribute to the development and enhancement of our in-house animation tools by providing feedback and suggestions based on your expertise and experience.Key Skills we are looking or in the successful games animator Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Animation or a related field. Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D animation for games, displaying your skill in bringing characters, objects, and environments to life. Exhibit proficiency in utilizing animation software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Unity, Blender, etc. Demonstrate a solid understanding of animation principles, encompassing timing, spacing, weight, and anticipation. Display desirable experience in the gambling or gaming industry. Possess knowledge of the online gambling market, game mechanics, and user experience principles. Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, actively giving and receiving constructive feedback to enhance the creative process. Exhibit excellent communication skills to convey ideas effectively, discuss animation requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Display keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a discerning eye for aesthetics.
