As a teaching assistant in a SEN/SEMH school you will be expected to work with pupils 1:1 and in groups, following the guidance of the teacher. Children will likely have needs such as ASC, ADHD, challenging behaviours and physical disabilities. Needs will vary class to class and teaching methods are adapted to fit the children’s individual needs.

Pay is weekly via our company PAYE system and all payslips are online
You will have your own personal consultant who can assist with interview preparation, CV advice and finding you a role to suit you and your experience
Access to our CPD library with free and heavily subsidised courses such as Promoting Positive Behaviour, Understanding Autism and a free Safeguarding Level 2 course
