Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with teachers, delivering engaging lessons and activities for KS3 and KS4 students.
– Provide individual and small-group support, empowering students on their academic journey.
– Foster an inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation and engagement.
– Assist in developing effective teaching strategies.
– Organise teaching materials and resources for KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
– Monitor student progress and deliver constructive feedback.
– Supervise students during class activities, ensuring a safe learning environment.
Requirements:
– Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
– Genuine passion for education and a desire to gain classroom experience as a Graduate Teaching
Assistant (TA).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organisational and time management abilities.
– Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
– Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic secondary school environment.
