Gleeds have a great opportunity for an Group Accountant to join our team in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Management Accounting including balance sheet reconciliations
Cost analysis
Processing of journals
Assisting on Partnership Accounts / analysis of Partnership tax
Accounting for Gleeds Head Office
Preparation of consolidated UK and Worldwide accounts
Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts
Reviewing and maintaining accruals, prepayments and fixed assets
Monthly reporting
Various ad-hoc tasks and projects as they arise

Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
Understanding of the interaction of transactions within the group environment
Have the flexibility and initiative to work in both a team environment and individually
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and sound judgement
Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal
IT literate including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Qualifications:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Part qualified nearing completion
Relevant degree
