NJR Recruitment are working in Partnership with a Global leader in the Health & Benefits marketplace. They are now looking to recruit a ‘Group Risk Administrator’ to join their Manchester Team. This part of the business is responsible for advising corporate clients on all aspects of the insured benefits relating to Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance and Critical Illness.
The successful Candidate will work in a busy office environment, liaising with Clients on the phone and email to deal with queries regarding their Group Risks policies. You will join a friendly team with a variety of experience to train you in the products and processes. Daily responsibilities will include;
Deal with client and member queries (verbal and written), with support as appropriate in line with service level agreements to ensure timely client delivery
Take ownership of delivery of tasks and proactively manage own workload
Adhere to processes whilst accurately and timely completing and maintaining systems to achieve set targets
Partner with internal/ external stakeholders to achieve best service for client
Ensure quality of own work through right first time approach
Champion continuous improvement within your team/location
Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge
Support revenue reporting activity as appropriate
Quality checking of colleagues work to ensure accuracy
Attend client meetings as required
Manage client relationships to support retention & growth

To apply for the role candidates will have a strong background in Administration or a customer focused role. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. The ability to work on own and as a team player, establishing good rapport with clients and colleagues.
