Salary – Up to £65,000 Plus Excellent Bonus & Benefits Package
Main Duties/Responsibilities
The Contact Centre Sales Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the Sales Retention Teams and support implementation of the strategic, marketing plan reporting directly to the Senior Contact Centre Manager. With a solid aptitude for both technical and strategic sales, the manager will be required to engage with key stakeholders across the entire business whilst driving performance and continual growth.
Accountabilities (and supporting activities)
1. Support and deliver the strategy for B2C sales
• Deliver Sales across all Retention teams
• Create new initiatives that will achieve the the B2C Forecast
• Support RM channels through direct engagement with the Channel controllers to manage trade objections and promote the Retention Marketing Strategy
2. Build, develop and promote an effective and collaborative team
• Inspire, lead and motivate people through regular feedback, 1:1’s. PDP’s and clear measurable objectives.
• Manage processes to ensure that the team is effective to meet business goals.
• Identify gaps in knowledge and skills in the team and build training solutions.
• Develop talent and succession plans, driving team growth.
3. Develop product portfolio & support promotional activities
• Create winning and compelling owner offers in conjunction with channel marketing
• Operational management of processes and people including forecasting & demand planning
• Establish clear revenue KPIs and track performance in order to achieve objective in conjunction with B2C data analyst
• Review pricing & profitability of product to support growth
Job Description
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years Sales experience within a Contact Centre environment with 2-4 years proven Management experience. Experience with a front-line customer services, marketing or sales function is desirable as is knowledge of current CMS / C.R.M or E.M.S platforms and practices.
