We are recruiting for a Housing Management Consultant to help our busy team provide outstanding support to our clients. You will be responsible for providing quality consultancy services primarily in strategic housing, neighbourhood/housing management and customer engagement projects nationally.
You will be required to generate new business through sales and networking opportunities for the post holder and ARK colleagues.

The successful candidate will have recently held a senior role within a housing organisation and have significant experience of current sector issues and trends within the sector. You will have knowledge of relevant legislation, understanding of best practice, and demonstrate a sound understanding of customer care practices as well as regulatory performance standards.

We need someone who is a self-starter, who has a network of contacts and is confident in sales and generating new business.You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to write clear, evidence-based reports.
