As a HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dedicated team of educators and staff in their mission to inspire and educate the next generation of leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening applications, and conducting initial interviews.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and confidentiality.
• Coordinating staff onboarding, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and facilitating training programs.
• Managing employee benefits and leave requests, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
• Assisting in performance management processes, tracking evaluations, and supporting professional development initiatives.
• Collaborating with various departments to maintain effective communication and foster a positive work environment.
• Handling general HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining filing systems and updating HR databases.

? Qualifications and Skills:

• A strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is advantageous.
