This organisation has undergone significant transformation over the last 18 months. They have ridden the ‘Covid storm’ and are now looking forward to embarking on a period of significant growth and development.
At the heart of this business is a talented HR function. Which, thanks to recent restructure, now has the need for an experienced, regionally focused, HR Business Partner, to join their ranks.
This hands-on role will have a split focus; Help to roll out the people plan across your region (Travel is roughly three days on the road, two days home working per week) as a ‘true’ business partner to the leadership team, whilst ensuring a ‘best in class’ operational HR service is provided to the organisation and it’s staff.
Supporting the Head of HR, you will be a trusted partner to your stakeholders; driving capability, ensuring people plans are delivered, providing training and guidance, performance management, talent development and being a point of escalation to a shared service team, on complex employee relations related to your region.
A customer centric approach, with exceptional stakeholder management is key, as is the ability to ‘get into the detail’ to produce meaningful MI and statistical information to help aid business decisions.
You must be a strong with Systems (Excel in particular), be able to quickly build strong, robust and collaborative relationships with people at all levels, possess excellent Employment Law knowledge and, be comfortable in a fast-paced change environment, where regular travel is required up and down your region.
