A world-leading global Investment Bank is looking for a talented HR Design Analyst to join their Group HR Team.
The overall purpose of the role is to provide business analysis and solution design expertise to the HR Restructuring Solution Product (which is supported by ServiceNow automated workflows) focusing on enhancing the MVP Design and adapting the solution to be fit for purpose in multiple Geographies.
Overall responsibilities include:
Management of User Stories and the Design backlog
Collaboration with design pod on solution design and ensuring impact assessments are met
Partnering with the HR stakeholders throughout each cycle, including the support of UAT
Experience in HR with an understanding of the impact HR processes have upon HR Systems and of how Shared Services Centre operations Experience in dealing with the clients of HR to understand the user perspective
Excellent eye for detail and a proven ability to think through and clearly articulate complex issues
Good communication, interpersonal and client facing skills
Both a teamwork approach and self-motivated self-sufficiency
Ability to work flexibly, take responsibility for all areas of work as required and adapt to change
Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve challenges and issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively target messages to different audiences
End to end IT implementation skills are a nice to have; aptitude and a willingness to learn will take priority
