The role will support the HR Manager of a Shared Service Centre whilst we undertake a project to combine two HR services following the acquisition of Interserve FM. The HR Shared Service Centre will grow to provide services to approx. 78,000 colleagues across the UK.
The Process Analyst will work on a number of high-profile projects and will ensure that the HR systems/processes effectively meet business requirements, highlighting opportunities for improvements as well as risks. This is a “hands on” role and you will be expected to support any HR projects as required.
