To support the HR Team across a range of subjects and taking full ownership and responsibility for specific activities.
The position is part time (24-28hrs over 3 or 4 days – Monday – Thursday). You will be paid between £13.50 and £16.00 per hour depending on experience, education, and skill set, however, training will be given.
Position responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Co-ordinate the RMS UK training requirements, including administration and co-ordination
Work with HR Admin and wider HR team to co-ordinate Induction programme
Lead Co-ordination of Absence Management
Support the management of the Awards budgets, keeping track of spend and highlighting any areas to address.
Assist with supporting the management of all maternity and Shared Parental leave cases
Provide support to HR Business Partners in supporting employee life-cycle events, including note taking at complex ER cases
Expert HR summary data and slides monthly for regular business rhythm meetings, and any other reports as required
Update RMS HR intranet site as required.
Analyse and support other HR related duties as directed by the HR team

Previous experience within an HR team would be advantageous

Ability to prioritise issues and foresee and manage potential conflicts.
Excellent computer literacy skills, including Excel (Advanced) and Powerpoint. Some experience of HR databases would be useful.
Ability to analyse and interpret data and present in an appropriate format
