My client is a multi-million-pound organisation with the goal to improve the lives of young people and their families from across the UK. I am assisting them to recruit an Interim Finance Officer on an initial three-month contract – for the right person this role could develop to permanent employment. The head office is based in London, operating on a hybrid working pattern.
The Interim Finance Officer’s duties will include:
Collecting, amending, and inputting income data into the system.
Reconciling the balance sheets and bank accounts for month end, ensuring close attention to detail is paid from start to finish.
Maintaining the finance team inbox, ensuring all emails are allocated and dealt with in a timely manner.
Liaising with suppliers and correcting any account variances or queries.

The successful Interim Finance Officer will have:
Recent Accounting experience, with the ability to assist the Accounts Payable team confidently.
Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares and Excel.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
