Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects
Excellent ability to liaise with senior stakeholders across different disciplines
Proficiency in Project Controls, including project costing, estimating, cost control functions, and change control
Familiarity with budget allocation and establishing Cost Baselines
As a Project Controller, you will undertake the following responsibilities:
Continuous measurement, analysis, forecasting, and reporting of project cost, cash, and revenues
Monitoring and recording changes while implementing aligned project-specific strategies for cost control
Implementation and maintenance of the company’s Integrated Project Controls System
Identification and application of Project Controls best practices
Development of detailed Project Cost Structures and coding under Standard Work Breakdown Structures for various project types
Support of tendering activities with detailed cost estimates and cashflows
Establishment of project cost budgets
Allocation of costs and collaboration with finance and project accounting to ensure accurate cost allocation
Compilation, monitoring, and reporting on project performance, cost, revenue, cash, and progress
Computing and informing finance of accruals to be booked based on physical progress achieved
Performing variance analysis and developing effective strategies and recovery plans to align cost with budget
