Responsibilities – Internal Communications Channels Specialist, (London, UK)
The Internal Communications Channels Specialist is part of the Internal Communications team which is responsible for managing all corporate and business solution line internal communications for Aon in the UK as well as at pan-EMEA level. The individual is responsible for managing the communication channels used in the UK including building and distributing emails, publishing Aon Avenue news stories/ managing UK intranet content and managing digital screen content in UK offices. The Internal Communications Channels Specialist also supports our knowledge sharing tools, internal digital channels, and provides administrative support to the Internal Communications team.
Considering the requirements of this role and the nature of internal communications at times, a willingness to work non-traditional work hours when needed. Resilience and adaptability to change, as the nature of our work and assignments evolve to meet business needs. Main work location is London. During COVID-19 this role is being undertaken virtually, but in the future it’s expected this will be an agile role with a hybrid of home and office working
