Your New Role
The International Compensation Project Manager will be a key member of the International Reward Team. This role will report to the VP, International Compensation and Benefits and work within the International Compensation Project Team, based in Chiswick on a hybrid basis.Activities will focus on harmonising compensation plans and programmes across the combined WBD organisation outside of the US and Canada (known as International ) as well as supporting the wider International Reward Team by providing tools and designing processes which drive efficiency.The team is additionally responsible for all compensation projects which cross more than one region within International as well as supporting the Global Compensation Team (based in the US) on programmes and projects with a global scope.
