Our client is looking for a self driven Graduate or somebody with 1-2 years commercial experience ideally from an Investment Bank background, Fixed Income – Bond Market etc. We are open to alternative sectors as well. The role will be remote working initially but ideally the right candidate will be able to travel to London on a regular basis once we get back to normality. A self starter required to play a sales supporting role in a disruptive DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) start up company with tremendous opportunities for advancement and growth. Hard working, ambitious, open, approachable (NOT ARROGANT) with a keen interest in technology sales, ppt, email campaigns, Mktg will provide a great foundation for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Working closely across teams (Business Development, Customer Success, Product Ownership and Technology) to drive new business opportunities
• Fostering and developing relationships with customers, including senior leaders within the finance industry
• Generating leads with potential customers
• Understanding the vision and product in order to effectively communicate it to key stakeholders
• Producing marketing materials
• Thinking strategically to help set key targets to develop the business
• Identifying opportunities for improving performance

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 1-2+ years in a high growth startup and/or the finance industry
• Outstanding relationship skills with the ability to influence and convince decision-makers
• Strong problem solving and operational skills, underpinned by exceptional analytical skills
• Must be a self-starter and hands-on, willing to roll up sleeves and deal with high volume of ambiguity
• Understanding of financial markets (Fixed Income a plus)
• Sales experience a plus
