The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join the investor engagement team in Purpose, Community and Corporate Affairs (PCCA), focusing on maintaining and growing the firm’s relationships with the investment community and sharing best practice across our network.
PwC is unique in having a team focused solely on understanding the views of this important stakeholder group, including those of private shareholders, investment analysts, fund managers, credit ratings agencies and governance professionals. Our team focuses on managing relationships with these key stakeholders as part of PwC’s stakeholder engagement efforts so that we are able to get their input on the regulatory and reporting issues that matter to them, to our clients and to PwC.
The UK Investor Engagement team has responsibility for:
Reporting to the UK Head of Investor Engagement, the role will allow you to develop an in-depth understanding of the needs of one of our key stakeholder groups and give you a new (external) perspective of PwC and our clients. You will have the opportunity to shape the way we go about understanding what’s important to the investment community and how that relates to the needs of the firm, our clients and our other stakeholders.
This is an opportunity to grow your knowledge and network (internally and externally), keep up to date on upcoming reporting and regulatory developments and develop exciting thought leadership.
The role involves both working with our colleagues across PCCA, the PwC network to support their investor engagement activities and supporting the UK CRUF network as secretariat.
This role can be based in any of our UK offices.
