Responsibilities
Working on the helpdesk, you’ll learn how to handle support requests from clients.
You will learn:
Being first point of contact for support requests via phone, email or ticket
Basic remote IT support
Managing the ticketing support system
Maintaining client documentation
Regular communication with clients on status of their support requests
Using the software system to manage requests remotely
On-site project work
Escalating more complex requests to senior staff

Training
During your apprenticeship, you will be studying towards your L3 Information Communication Technician Award, delivered by Professional Apprenticeships, who were voted the region’s best training provider & have achieved the highest Ofsted rating.
During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills & behaviours, covering topics such as IT security, data, remote infrastructure, maintenance processes & the elements & architecture of computer systems & so much more.

Exceptional customer service skills
A passion for IT and technology
