Are you an IT Technician or Support Engineer with a strong sense for problem solving and resolutions?

My client is a solutions provider giant in the industrial sector. They are looking for an IT Support Technician/Engineer to come in and hit the ground running and join their growing team in their Middlesbrough office.

This is a field based position and the role is to provide End User on-site support and local infrastructure improvements.

Role Overview

• Provide Remote and Physical support to End Users
• Configure, install, and maintain all forms of Hardware
• Hardware testing and repair
• Take part in Network Cabling tasks
• Maintain and update the ICT CMDB
• Provide excellent customer service

Skills and Experience

• Technical knowledge in IT disciplines such as: Hardware, operating systems, and software application support
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Understanding and configuring network infrastructure components
• Expert knowledge of computer hardware
• Problem solving skills
• Good communication skills

You must hold a full UK driving license for this position
