Fully Home based (Desk based/junior) Property Manager – Herts, Essex and N London – £25,800

Our client is a large property management company overseeing in excess of 100,000 flats and estates across the UK.

With dedicated teams of Property Managers, Accountants and Surveyors, they now seek a fully home based, desk-based Property Manager who will support the patch based Property Management team as follows:

• Dealing with first line, non-complex resident queries relating to service charges, maintenance or repair issues
• Arranging for approved contractors to attend estates to deal with maintenance/repairs
• Passing on messages to property managers where residents need more technical assistance
• Occasionally visiting estates to gain first hand understanding of issues effecting residents
• Working fully home based from an in-house database/system recording all calls/correspondence/remedial actions as required
• The estates stretch around Hertfordshire, Essex and North London so ideal candidates will live somewhere “on patch” in order to visit developments if required
• Ideally you will have 2 years relatable experience although this does not necessarily have to have been within block management (i.e. Lettings / Maintenance / Customer Service etc.)

The successful Fully Home based (Desk based/junior) Property Manager can expect excellent support and training with a career path to property manager status if desired, alongside a salary up to £25,800 to start.

Although travel is rare, suitable Fully Home based (Desk based/junior) Property Manager applicants will need their own car for which full expenses will be provided if/when used.
