The Opportunity: Altus Group has an immediate requirement for a Lead Generation Executive to join our busy Data team in Manchester. We are looking for a talented administrator who will work to continually enhance and improve all commercial property data details held on file. This is performed via verification checks, cross referencing online and occasionally calling businesses to confirm required details.
Research commercial properties to identify occupiers and key decision makers.
Update internal systems with new information.
Transfer and updating of data from multiple sources into company CRM system.
Make telephone calls (when required) to verify existing information.
A minimum of 5 A-C GCSE’s.
Previous office experience is desired, but not essential!
Strong understanding of using the Internet and search engines to good effect.
Ability to learn quickly and effectively and in a logical manner.
Willingness to be creative and think of alternative solutions when encountering problems.
Have the ability to work towards targets and agreed KPI’s.
Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to extract key information from calls.
