Dive into the world of water

We are looking for Qualified and Non-Qualified Lifeguards to join our Rutland Water Park this summer, working on the beach and taking a vigilant approach protecting the lives of our visitors. We will be providing training with the role, so don’t worry we won’t throw you in the deep end.

Once training has been completed you will be responding with urgency and efficiency to any swimmers and visitors in distress. Providing first-class service to all visitors whilst observing and supervising them to ensure beach and park rules are observed.

We welcome hundreds of visitors at Rutland Water Park every year and we would love to continue the tradition in summer 2022 by giving people a place to spend time with their family outside of their four walls.

What does it take to be an Anglian Water Lifeguard?

• Trained Lifeguards need to have achieved the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and/or Open Water (OWL) Qualification

• Excellent communication and social skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong swimmer

• Ability to work thought the summer between June – September 2022

• Ability to have fun and be fun

• Training -you must be available for training from April 2022.

• Confirmed training dates: 11th April to 14th April 2022, 19th April to 21st April 2022 and 21st June to 23rd June 2022
