East Cambridgeshire District Council have an exciting opportunity for a Local Land Charges and Legal Support Officer to join their team. Location: Cambridgeshire Salary: £14,510 – £16,297 p.a. plus benefits package Job Type: Permanent, Part Time Local Land Charges and Legal Support Officer This Role: An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Local Land Charges team that sits within the Legal Department of the District Council. Your role will be providing administrative assistance and support primarily to the Land Charges Officer & Paralegal and you will be expected to act as their deputy in their absence whilst on leave/sickness. The role is varied as it covers local land charges, some administration in relation to car parking enforcement and sundry debts. Local Land Charges and Legal Support Officer You: – We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a can-do approach who would be willing to learn on the job and maintain high standards – You will need to be educated to GCSE Level Standard or equivalent to include English and Maths, with a good standard of general education. – You will also need experience of working as part of a team and dealing with the public.
