Interaction Recruitment are working with a well established and growing company based in Sheffield, who are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Salary dependant on experience and upon interviewMonday to Friday working hours with weekends optionalKey Responsibilities

• Undertaking regular service visits to customer sites
• Generating reports for visits made
• Working on a range of material handling equipment
• Resolving electrical and mechanical issues
• Fault-finding and on-site diagnostics
• Be available to undertake reactive jobs that occur at any site
• General maintenance and every day running of production
• Inspecting, repairing and servicing of machinery
• Planning and undertaking schedules maintenance
• Diagnosing faults
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Reporting any faults that cannot be fixed at the time to the seniors on shift
• Carrying out basic mechanical tasks throughout the site

Experience Required

• Proven track record in field service work involving PLCs
• Electrical and Mechanical knowledge in industrial machinery
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Creative problem solving
• Experience in Hydraulics, Electronics, and Pneumatics
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail – accurate and methodical in work
• Highly motivated individual
• Ability to travel to, and work at, all areas of the company’s operations
