As our new Management Accountant you will receive:

• A competitive salary between £40,000 – £45,000.

As our new Management Accountant you will be responsible for:

Weekly reporting to both the management team and board on revenue, labour, and GP.

Managing and owning weekly trader service fee calculations.

Becoming the main point of contact for finance queries for our three sites.

Creating a full review of each sites’ P&Ls each month and presenting to site managers, senior leadership team and investors. This would also include explanations for variances to key metrics.

Facilitating accurate financial records for asset accounting, maintenance, and management purposes.

Owning the reconciliations for gross profit and labour, and GP.

Balance sheet reconciliations including customer deposits and credit card funds.

Being the main point of contact for any Kobas (EPOS) enquiries and troubleshooting issues.

Working closely with the operational team to provide financial analysis where needed.

Ad hoc analysis and deep dives when the need arises.

As our new Management Accountant, you will be:

Well experienced in a similar role within the hospitality industry. We are looking for experience over qualifications.

Experienced in reconciling accounts with large amounts of data.

Used to reporting to deadlines.

Expected to have a very good attention to detail.

Ideally familiar with Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics, but this is not a necessity.
