Responsibilities Your Mission: The main mission of the Marketing and Business Development Manager is to be responsible for the Offer, Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement and Marketing Communications Strategy for our Secure Power division in the UK&I Zone. Your responsibilities: Monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends, channel activity, competitor activity to identify market opportunities Lead development of Annual Marketing & Sales Plan and subsequent Zone Marketing Plan Be responsible for offer roadmaps, launches, sales enablement, offer data PIM, price positioning, commercial policy, promotions as well as e-Commerce Marketing Development (As needed) and Deployment of Marketing Campaigns & Content Deliver on communications such as Press Relations, Analyst Relations, Executive Comms, Internal Comms Qualifications Your skills and attributes: Bachelor or master s degree (in Marketing or related subjects) or equivalent experience for a number of years in a similar channel marketing or offer marketing role with strong exposure to sales and communication Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must Exemplary communication skills at all levels of businesses Ability to prioritise and execute tasks time sensitive deliveries in a fast-paced environment At Schneider Electric, Diversity & Inclusion is at the heart of our organisation, it’s an integral part of our history, culture, and identity.
