The successful candidate will join a team of multi skilled engineers working within a secure government location carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.

Duties:

Commercial PPM & Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA

Emergency lighting

Fire alarms

FCU’s

AHU’s

BMS – Head End Controls

HVAC plant

VAV – VRV

Water treatment

Ballast Changes

Lamping

PAT testing
