We have an exciting new opportunity as a Merchant Payment Advisor ,working for a fun and exciting Ecommerce brand.

This role is working within the Finance and Sales Team, with time split between London and Derby.

This is an exciting temporary to permanent role to join a growing business.

.The successful candidate will have customer facing experience, and proven numeric ability. They will have a desire to learn a complete range of duties within the function.

This role is 2 days in derby, 2 days in London and 1 WFH, travel time is included and paid for.

This role is paying £13.50 an hour plus holiday pay. £27,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Resolution of merchant queries via Zoom and telephone contact.
• A point of contact for Sales Reps to liaise with in relation to their merchant queries using Outlook, Slack and SalesForce
• Producing payment breakdowns, carrying out account reconciliations, explaining fees, payment processes and terms to merchants
• Providing training to new members of the Wowcher business on merchant voucher and payment processes.
• The role will require travel between Derby and London offices on a weekly basis

Education/ experience

• Customer facing experience is advantageous.
• Previous exposure in industry role useful but not essential.
• Working knowledge of SalesForce / Oracle / Excel is an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
