Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages Full or part time Poole Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit an enthusiastic MFL teacher to join a supportive team at a secondary school based in Poole. This is an exciting opportunity to join an Ofsted graded Good school supporting students across KS3 and KS4 on a full or part time basis. The successful candidate will be expected to take on full planning and marking responsibilities alongside teaching a full timetable to pupils up to GCSE level. It will be important that the incoming candidate can plan and deliver differentiated Spanish and French lessons to pupils at varying levels of learning ability. Newly qualified and experienced MFL teachers are both being considered for this role. What are we looking for? Confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching Capable of planning for students from a variety of backgrounds and abilities, and inspiring them to reach their full potential A knowledge and understanding of a range of teaching, learning and behaviour management strategies and know how to use and adapt them to motivate students A track record of positive impact upon student outcomes Excellent subject knowledge Commitment to sharing best practice with colleagues in the department.
