Part-time Mortgage Administrator
£9.50- £10.00 per hour depending on experience
We are recruiting a Mortgage Administrator, for a thriving Financial Services firm in Bridlington, who have an exceptional reputation in the market and are genuinely passionate about the quality of service they give to their clients.
Working from 10am to 2pm daily, this is a varied role in which you will have the opportunity to further develop your existing administrative and technical skills in a busy office. As well as having the opportunity to utilise your amazing customer service skills, liaising with clients, suppliers and third parties, you’ll play a key role, supporting the team in a range of administration tasks, effectively prioritising your own workload.
Ensuring the smooth running of the office day-to-day, you will be the first point of contact for many customers, via email and telephone as well as face to face, so the ability to build rapport and develop quality commercial relationships is essential. Additionally, you will process files, record data accurately and will ensure all information is up to date, so you will be accustomed to working effectively while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will come with previous experience in an administrative role and will have a demonstrable background providing first-rate standards of customer service. Any experience in Financial Services would be advantageous, but most importantly, you’ll come to this role with a can-do approach and will have the desire to learn and progress your skills.
You’ll need strong IT skills, and to be a quick learner, as well as the ability to produce high quality, accurate work, demonstrating attention to detail at all times. An excellent telephone manner and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal are vital to be successful in this role.
Hours of work are 10am to 2pm daily, the role is office based, in Bridlington and there is free parking on site.
