MS DYNAMICS CRM ANALYST, £42,500 – £47,000, Plus Excellent Benefits. REMOTE permanent role.

We are exclusively partnered with a large-scale organisation who are seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics CRM specialist to join their team. They are in the process of rolling out Microsoft Dynamics across the organisation alongside a third party.

KEY SKILLS & BACKGROUND

• Extensive experience of hands-on configuration and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Knowledge of the CRM security model and Power Platform Admin centre.
• Experience of any of the following languages: HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, XML, C#, VB.NET, CRM SDK, ASP.NET, JQuery to enhance and maintain MS Dynamics CRM online.
• Good Understanding of the following:
• Microsoft Dynamics Application life cycle methodology
• SQL
• CRM reporting
• Managing solutions and Customisations
• Building & Deploying Workflows

ABOUT THE ROLE

The post holder will work across the whole Microsoft Dynamics application life cycle from requirements gathering through to the design, development, and test, culminating in deployment and transition into BAU.

The post holder will also contribute to the configuration and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and lead on Microsoft Dynamics 365 patches and improvements. Also, the post-holder will undertake support and manage the maintenance of the organisations Microsoft Dynamics 365 tenancy and environments ensuring incidents and service requests are dealt with.
