Job Role: Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer – DaysLocation: Milton Keynes, BuckinghamshireSalary: £43,000- £47,000 per annum + OvertimeHours: Monday – Friday, Double Days / 06.00-14.00, 14.00-22.00 weekly rotationsOR a fixed early or late shiftJob Type: Full time, permanentThe client:Interaction Recruitment have partnered with a rapidly expanding and rewarding corrugated packaging manufacturer with sites based around the UK. Due to expansion and a successful start to 2023, we are supporting the growth of this client through offering the opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join there comprehensive training plan on a full time, permanent basis. The Package:– 28 days inclusive of public holidays (Increasing Annually with years of service), 25 days overall.- Comprehensive training & development structure, inclusive of pay increases & internal promotions (Up to £4,000 increase on an annual basis)- Life Insurance, Personal Pension Plan- Annual profit share bonus (£500 – £1,200 per annum)- Free On site parking and cafeteria- Overtime available paid at enhanced rate The Role:– To carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance alongside electrical/mechanical fault finding on an array of manufacturing machinery, predominantly packaging- Ensure maintenance and parts records are up to date- Occasionally support other sites within the UK with their maintenance & breakdowns (all travel and time paid)- Keep downtime on production machinery to a minimum- Partake in role relevant training & development (i.e electrical, mechanical, health & safety) Requirements:– Full UK Drivers License- A minimum of 3 years experience working as a maintenance, multiskilled, mechanical or electrical engineer within a manufacturing environment (Previous experience in FMCG or Packaging would be advantageous)- Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, HND or HNC) in electrical or mechanical engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Bias Considered)- A good level of communication to communicate between other engineers, site management and clients.- A good level of fault finding on electrical mechanical systems (motors, gearboxes, PLCs, sensors, relays etc)Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
