NAV Support Consultant Rate – £450 a day Duration – 6 Months + Location – Paddock Wood (Hybrid) IR35 – Inside (Must use an umbrella Company) The primary part is to take over existing development tickets and actively progress them. This will requires liaising with end user and our Nav partner to ensure the solution meets requirements. Testing, training, and rollout into the live Nav database and end users will also be required. Our client has an ongoing programme of improvement of its Nav 2018 installation. For new modifications there is a requirement to Engage with end user to understand their needs. Formulate a documented proposal that clearly describes the issue and proposed solution. Obtain a quote. Order the modification. Carry out testing and feedback bugs until the development lifecycle is complete and the modification is ready for deployment. Train users and document if required.The secondary part of this role is to provide day-to-day support for up to 40 Navision 2018 and Mobile Nav end users. They will provide the solution, hands on training and where appropriate create written documentation to enable future users to overcome or avoid this issue in the future. For issues that are not readily fixable they will log and escalate issues to our Nav partner, The Nav People. They will actively manage the tickets and liaise with both end users and our Nav partner. They will assist with testing any proposed solution with users until the ticket is closed
