Two years ago, a developer joined an early-stages start up in Northamptonshire. He brought with him about 4-5 years of .NET Development expertise. He’s since gone on to become the Dev Manager, has learnt a plethora of new technologies and has really progressed his career, and has been given regular training to keep upskilled in leadership and management. The same company is now looking for a Developer with about 2-4 years’ experience.
Their tech stack is the usual .NET stuff (C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET Core/MVC & SQL) and they would like to take on an ambitious developer to work on their products that are utilizing React and Blazor. An appreciation of CI/CD pipelines (via Azure DevOps) would be great, although training and budget will be given on learning these too.
A starting salary of £30,000-40,000 is on offer and you can work from home as often as you like, so long as you don’t mind ad-hoc meet ups. The culture is inclusive, promotes ambition and you will be developer number five in a tech team of 13.
